Before Ordering any products from MallEverest.com

To All our Valued Customers, we are receiving a lot of returned orders due to incomplete shipping addresses.

We are informed by our partners' carriers that this is due to missing Postal Code, Zip code or PO Box. Hence we would like to reiterate to all our Customers, specially those from UAE, to kindly provide your complete Shipping Address including your PO Box to avoid further delays in shipment or returned orders. In the event that your order arrived at your destination country, please directly contact your local post office (it is possible that they could not deliver the parcel to your address due to above reason).

We will reship a new item free of charge if you did not receive your first item within 60 days of ordering. If it is the case, please contact our customer service department.

*Please note that the shipping time depends of the time of the year. There might delays during holidays.

NOTE: Moving forward, Malleverest.com will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO ANY PURCHASES MADE THROUGH MALLEVEREST.COM

MallEverest.com DO NOT accept any Returns or Exchanges. Once an item has been shipped/received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that is lost in transit.
Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

 

MallEverest.com strives to provide our customers with the best quality and selection of merchandise while keeping the prices unbelievably low.

We also strive to protect the health of our customers and staff; therefore we do not take returns and exchanges on all items for hygiene reasons.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you just passed your order, contact us , we will do our best to locate your order and make the cancellation.

Once you pass your order, we have an automated system that help us ship your order in less than 24 hour.

We do not accept cancellation of orders after your order has been shipped because of the Standard Shipping reason.

Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

Note: If order cancellation is confirmed, all refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please
contact our customer service.

MISSING ITEM'S COMPONENTS:

If an item's component was missing in the parcel, we will send you a new item as soon as possible.

Please verify if you have more than one tracking number. Different products can come from different warehouses. Different items often come in separate packages.

How do I make a claim?

For a fast request processing, please follow these 4 easy steps:

  1. You must notify MallEverest.com about any missing items within 24 hours of receiving the items.
  2. Contact us with the invoice number (Starts with #….), contact information, and a list of missing items.
  3. Please send us the picture of the package where there is a description of what was in the box.
  4. Once we have received the claim from you, along with the package image, our customer representative will inspect your order and contact you and  a new product will be sent to you.    

Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. MallEverest.com reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS:

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse.

In the case of defective or wrong items, please contact customer service via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide the nature of the defect. Any claims made after 24 hours will NOT be accepted. Our excellent customer care team will work with you to resolve the situation.

In a case of a "Manufacturer Defective Item" or a wrong item sent to you , a new product will be sent to replace the damaged one. We will send you a new item as soon as possible. We are always available to help you solve any issues.

WHAT IS A "MANUFACTURE DEFECTIVE ITEM"?

“Manufacture Defect” is a problem that becomes part of the product when it is made, as a frailty or shortcoming in a product resulting from a departure from its design specifications during production.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

For a fast request processing, please follow these 4 easy steps:

  1. You must notify MallEverest.com about defective or wrong items within 24 hours of receiving the items.
  2. Contact us with the invoice number (Starts with #….), contact information, and a list of defective items.
  3. For each defective item you must submit to our Customer Support Team a picture or small size video of the defective item showing clearly the defect. Describe the damage that has occurred.
  4. Once we have received the claim from you, along with the product images or videos, our customer representative will inspect your order, contact you and  a new product will be sent to you to replace the defective one.  

Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. MallEverest.com reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED:

Please note that countries customs can delay packages by many weeks, and we do not have any control on your local customs laws or delays.

While contacting customer service via e-mail, specify your invoice number (Starts with #….), contact information, and a list of the non-received items. Our customer service representatives will take care of your situation.

DAMAGED PACKAGING:

We only ship new products with brand new packaging. If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, MallEverest.com is not liable for these damages, claims can be made with the carrier company.

REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS:

Any refused or unclaimed packages will be charged all actual shipping costs. Shipping carriers charge for both to and return shipments.

ADDRESS CHANGE:

If any wrong address is provided contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to locate your order and make the address change.

If your package is already shipped or processed by warehouse (we have a really fast order processing) any address changes can be made by you directly with the shipping carrier. Our customer service team will be there to provide you the carriers contact information you need.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR RECEIVED:

In the case of wrong size or color received we will send you the right item again and you can keep the one we first sent to you.

Please contact customer service via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the items and provide the nature of the mistake. Any claims made after 24 hours of receiving the items will NOT be accepted.

Our excellent customer care team will work with you to resolve the situation.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

  3. For each mistaken item you must submit a photo of items to our Customer Support Team. Describe if it is a color or size issue that has occurred.
  4. Once we have received the claim from you, along with the product images or videos, our customer representative will inspect your order, contact you and  a new product will be sent to you to replace the wrong ones.
